Wow, is all I can say! What a very long process we had in dealing with having our camper repaired from a storm that left a tree over our new (to us) camper last year! All I can say is that I will NEVER need to look for another place to handle my camper needs now that I have dealt with this amazing company! Cindy was absolutely excellent to deal with. She was very responsive and answered ALL of my 1k questions along the way. When she did not have an answer for me she was sure to find the answer and report back promptly. They even worked with me to store my camper temporarily as my campground was not passable due to the snow and ice. Customer for life here! I cannot thank them enough and will be recommending them to anyone with a camper/RV need or repair. Thank you to ALL the technicians and staff at Alexander's. Especially Cindy! Top notch cutomer service for sure!

After many years of having an rv, we’ve been lucky enough to have found Alexander’s. They have kept us rolling & working great.

Highly recommend. 1. They answered the phone. 2. We needed mobile service quick as our furnace went out and it was COLD. They came out within 3 hours. 3. They worked hard to diagnose and fix the issue. 4. It was late Friday afternoon. The technicians saw that we were in a predicament with it being so cold. Instead of taking an easy Friday and coming back Monday to finish the job the guys worked extra hard and late into Friday afternoon to make sure we had heat. 5. The service was reasonably priced. Really appreciate the effort this company made. Would highly recommend and use again. Thank you!

Thus far, I have received good service at Alexanders and will continue to do business with them. In August 2024, I needed some particular service done on my travel trailer before my next planned camping trip - Alexanders made time for me even though their service schedule was full. They did the work that I needed - having peace of mind while pulling one of these things hours away from home is so important, and they delivered big time! Thank you!

I can't say enough about how much Alexander's helped us. We had a company flatbed lose a wheel on the highway. The studs snapped. We limped it in to Alexander's and they had us rolling out the door like a NASCAR pit-stop. Great place and people.

Had a B&W turnover hitch installed last week. They did a great job and had it done in a very impressive amount of time! I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them prices are very fair as well!

I only had my camper trailer for a couple of short weeks before my first Mechanical issue with a bent axle. I landed at Alexander on happenstance and I'm so happy I did. Excellent service, all very friendly, very helpful I wish they weren't seven hours away from my home so they could be my go to for all my service needs.

Ordered an A.R.E. cap for my Tacoma. They installed it today. Very knowledgeable staff that communicates. Professional installation. Very satisfied with this purchase. Highly recommend Alexander's for caps and RV repairs. Family owned business.

They had me stay home so they could come by for a damage report a week later called me and try to take measurements should of been done the first time I have heard nothing from them ,now trying to get a refund
